About this design
At the start of the project we were presented with an unusual space – a garden only 3.4m wide but extremely long with a large existing outbuilding that had been fitted out as a pub! The brief was to create a family room with deck and pergola that would lead through to the existing outbuilding and to create a complimentary facade for the older building.
We created a room that was 6 x 3m in size with full width aluminium bi-folds to the front and a rear door that leads to the pub. Between the two rooms is a decked area and the the cladding to the rear room incorporates a custom built cedar door with glazing. A fun project!
