This client in Watford desired a striking, contemporary garden room that could serve multiple functions. The brief was to create a space that could be used both as a peaceful sanctuary and a games room. Additionally, we were asked to design an area for the client’s woodworking hobby.

The exterior design features cedar cladding and a composite deck, complemented by a canopy and small screens on the side for a more enclosed feel.

Inside, the main area was plastered and painted, while the workshop section was left with bare OSB to suit its functional purpose.

As the pictures show, the room blends beautifully into the bottom of the garden, providing a quiet and peaceful retreat for the client and their children.
