We were asked to design a new space for this family with teenage children that could be used as an office during the day and for leisure in the evenings.  The client was also interested in using contrasting materials to add some interest to the design.

The cladding is charcoal composite for its zero maintenance and long lasting functionality but to add a little extra to the design we built a small deck and step because of the garden’s slope and added a cedar screen.

We also finished the decoration with a feature coloured wall to give the interior some warmth.
